To change the tempo:

Drag the tempo numbers in the Transport window up or down. You can also double-
click and type a new number.
To change the time signature:

Drag the time signature numbers in the Transport window up or down. You can also
double-click and type a new number.
To change the key:
1 In the Arrange window, choose View > Global Track Components, then choose
Signature from the submenu.
2 In the Signature track, click the disclosure triangle to show the Key track.
3 In the Key track, double-click the letter “C,” then choose a new key from the pop-up
menu in the Key dialog.
4 Click OK.
Logic also lets you save a song as a project. When you save a song as a project, all the
audio files, instruments, samples, and other media the song uses are saved to one
folder, the project folder. This makes it easy to save the song with all its dependent files,
or transfer the song between different computers. Saving a song as a project is
equivalent to saving a song as an archive in GarageBand.
To save a song as a project:
1 With the song open, choose File > Save as Project.
2 In the “Save as project” dialog, type a name for the project and browse to the location
where you want to save it. You can also choose whether to copy files to the project or
move them.
