Adding Text, Shapes, and Other Objects

You can annotate and decorate your spreadsheet by adding text, shapes, and images.

You can even add audio and movie files.

To add text:

1 In the toolbar, click Text Box.

2 In the text box that appears, type your text.

3 To move the text box, drag it.

4 To format the text, use the Format Bar or the Text Inspector.

To add a shape:

1 In the toolbar, click Shapes and choose a shape.

2 To add text to the shape, double-click it and type.

3 Change the shape’s color and other attributes using the Format Bar or the

Graphic Inspector.
