7 Simulate your project and test the alternate angles by choosing various com-

mands in the Angle Select pop-up menu in the Simulator’s remote control.

The Simulator changes between each video stream as you select an angle.

Close the Simulator.

Using a Button Transition

Transitions from element to element in your project are easy to create and

can enhance the viewing experience. With Menu 2 you will add a transition

track and configure it to work between the View Angles button and the Shark_

Angles_Cut track of your project.

1 Click the View Angles button on Menu 2 to open the Button Inspector.

The name of the button was automatically changed to Shark_Angles_Cut

when you dragged the video file asset to the button and then chose Create

Track, Connect to Track from the Drop Palette.

Next you will change the settings for the button to target the Encounter_

Transition.m2v file to use as a transition video.

2 In the Button Inspector click the Transition tab.

3 Choose Video Transition from the Transition pop-up menu.

4 Choose Encounter_Assets > Menu Assets > Encounter_Transition.m2v

from the Asset pop-up menu.
