Entering Chinese Characters Using the Big5 Code Input Mode
The Big5 Code input

ode allows you to enter Chinese characters by typing a 4-digit
hexadeci

al code for each character. To use this input

ode, you

ust know the

al code for the character. You can use the Character table to look for characters
and see their codes.

To enter Chinese characters using th e B ig5 Code input

ode, follow these steps:
1 Choose Big5 Code fro

If you type an incorrect nu

hen you type the f ourth digit in the code, the Big5 Code input
