Entering Roman Characters
The Traditional Chinese Input Method provides s everal way s for you to enter

characters while yo u are entering Chinese characters. For exa

Entering Roman Characters While Using a Chinese Character Input Mode

hile you are using a Chinese character input

ode

Cangjie,

ianyi,
D
ayi, Pinyin,
Z
huyin, or
Big5 Code
—
you can do one of the following to enter

an characters:
m To enter one-by te

an characters, pr ess the Caps
L
ock key and type the

characters. To type uppercase characters, press t he

hift key while you type.
m To enter uppercase, two-b yte

m
an characters , hold down the

hift key wh ile typing.

eturn to enter the characters.

About One-Byte and Two-Byte Roman Characters
The Chinese input
